(Madeline Hanlon, Community Engagement Director) C.CLOSED MEETING, pursuant to the Code of Virginia as follows: 1.Section 2.2-3711(A)(8) for the Board to consult with the County Attorney regarding specific legal matters requiring the provision of legal advice. Specifically, the Board will receive legal advice regarding issues pertaining to the renegotiating of certain agreements, the disclosure of which could compromise the negotiating strategy of the Board. 2.Section 2.2-3711(A)(5) of the Code of Virginia, for discussion concerning a prospective business or industry or the expansion of an existing business or industry where no previous announcement has been made of the business’ or industry’s interest in locating or expanding its facilities in the community. Specifically, the Board will discuss potential business location or expansion in the five magisterial districts. Upon conclusion of the closed session, the Board will recess this meeting until 12:00 p.m. for the remaining scheduled Board of Supervisors meeting.
