Regular meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. Public hearings are held at 6:00 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday of each month. Deviations from this schedule will be announced. The meetings are broadcast live on RVTV, Channel 3, and will be rebroadcast on Friday at 7:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until 5 p.m. Board of Supervisors meetings can also be viewed online through Roanoke County’s website at www.RoanokeCountyVA.gov. Individuals who require assistance or special arrangements to participate in or attend Board of Supervisors meetings should contact the Clerk to the Board at (540) 772-2005 at least 48 hours in advance. Resolution requesting the U.S. Department of Transportation fund an application to Implement the Roanoke County Safe Streets and Roads for All Comprehensive Safety Action Plan. 4. CITIZENS' COMMENTS AND COMMUNICATIONS This time has been set aside for Roanoke County citizens to address the Board on matters of interest or concern. Roanoke County citizens are defined as current residents of Roanoke County. While the Board desires to hear from all who desire to speak, this agenda item is limited to a duration of 30 minutes.
