are broadcast live on RVTV, Channel 3, and will be rebroadcast on Friday at 7:00 p.m. and on

1.Ordinance amending the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Budget for General Operating
Revenues and Expenditures by $140,324 and appropriating $140,324 to the General

H.CITIZENS' COMMENTS AND COMMUNICATIONS
This time has been set aside for Roanoke County citizens to address the Board on matters
of interest or concern. Roanoke County citizens are defined as current residents of
Roanoke County. While the Board desires to hear from all who desire to speak, this agenda
item is limited to a duration of 30 minutes. Each individual speaker shall be afforded 3
minutes to speak.
