Roanoke, VA 24015 I June 22, 1984 The Roanoke County Board of Supervisors of Roanoke County, Virginia, met this day at the Roanoke County Administration Center, this being a meeting called for the purpose of going into Executive Session. IN RE: CALL TO ORDER Chairman Nickens called the meeting to order at 7:15 a.m. The roll call was taken: MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman, Harry C. Nickens; Supervisors Alan H. Brittle, Steven A. McGraw I MEMBERS ABSENT: Vice Chairman, Athena E. Burton; Supervisor Gary J. Minter IN RE: EXECUTIVE SESSION Supervisor Brittle moved to go into Executive Session pursuant to the Code of Virginia, Section 2.1-344(a) (2), and (6) to discuss real estate and legal matters. The motion carried by a unanimous voice vote. Supervisor Minter arrived at 7:40 p.m. during this Executive Session. IN RE: OPEN SESSION Supervisor Minter moved to return to Open Session at 9:50 a.m., and the motion carried by a unanimous voice vote. I Supervisor Brittle moved to adjourn at 9:50 a.m., and the motion carried by a unanimous voice vote.
