HCN called yesterday afternoon and said that he had forgotten that he had to be in West VA on Feb 27 and cannot make the Vinton Meeting. He said he could do either Feb 24 or March 1. He thought the only problem with March 1 was FM and he had Kiwanis but they could miss that. 2. This morning in mail, HCN received notice from Pete H. that VARC Meeting is scheduled for 2/24 at 11, Kessler Mill. This may not be something that HCN has to go to but it might limit the date to March 1. What is the status of this meeting? Has it been set? Do I need to so anything before Feb 21? Every Wed at noon, I have, as Fuzzy does, a conflict with Kiwanis. I can miss those meetings as I am sure he can. But my preference would be for Thursday, March 30, and then either of the other two dates. I am available all three dates with March 30th preference. 2. For the February 28th Board Meeting, if you would let Mr. Hodge know, I have a meeting in Salem at 2 p.m. that I think will last an hour. So I will be a few minutes late. If you would also let Mr. Minnix know that. 3. Regarding Roanoke Regionalization Group meeting at the Vinton War Memorial on March 9 at 9:30 a.m., I will be in North Carolina that day and will be unable to attend.
