When we met yesterday, you offered to have Jeannette handle the rental of the white tablecloths for the joint meeting with Roanoke City Council on Tuesday, July 9. Since I will be on vacation and Brenda will be pretty busy getting everything else ready, I would appreciate if Jeannette would handle that aspect. We will need 11 tablecloths to fit 6-foot tables. She should probably order next week for pickup early on Tuesday. Just have her charge them to the Board. Thanks for all your help. --------------------------------------- Brenda Holton / ADMO1 Page: 1 Printed by Mary Allen / ADMO1 6/26/96 4:30pm --------------------------------------- From: Mary Allen / ADMO1 To: Drew Glenn / GUPOl Subject: fwd: Joint Meeting with Roanoke City Council --------------------------------------- ===NOTE====------=====6/26/96==3:08pm== CC: Brenda Holton / ADMO1 ....................................... I just talked with Bill Rand on the phone and requested some help from General Services on July 9 for the joint meeting with Roanoke City Council. He said he will be on vacation and would "put you in charge". The meeting will be in the Community Room at the Brambleton Center at 12:00 noon. We will have a catered lunch followed by a meeting. I will need help from about 11:00 a.m. in setting up the tables and chairs and assisting the caterers with setup. We will have about 25 for lunch following a tour of the Teen Center. I will then need help after the meeting taking down the tables and chairs. I will probably be there with the guys at 11:00 a.m., but will have to leave after the lunch and meeting because we will be having our regular board meeting. Let me know if you can get me at least two people for assistance. I will be on vacation all next week, but will be here the rest of this week. If you need anything next week, you can contact Brenda. Thanks for your help! Fwd=by:=Brenda=Holton=6/26/96==3:53pm== Fwd to: Drew Glenn / GUPO1, Mary Allen / ADMO1 .......................................
