For 1992-93 no projects were added or deleted, only the scope and funding was changed. Staff reviewed the funding changes for 1992-93. The total estimated cost to complete all projects from 1992 thru 1998 is $14,366,575. Mr. Altizer explained that a portion of Crystal Creek Drive was removed from the Six-Year Plan as requested in 1991, while the' other portion remains on the Six-Year Plan. There was Board consensus to remove the entire road from the Six-Year Plan. Mr. Altizer advised that the road can be added back at any time. However, the problem will be how to fund improvements. Mr. Covey reported that a public hearing will be held on the Six-Year Plan on February 25. Following the public hearing, the Board will be asked to adopt the plan in March.
