from January 12, 1988 for the purpose of a joint work sessin wit
the Planning Commission.

CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Garrett called the meeting to order at 7:1
p.m. Chairman winstead of the Planning Commission reconvened th
Planning Commission memebers. The roll call was taken.

IN RE:
WORK SESSION
County Administrator Elmer Hodge introduced Director of
Planning Rob Stalzer who introduced the members of the Planning
staff who will be working on the new zoning ordinance.
Mr. Stalzer presented the work session "Implementing
the Comprehensive Plan", and outlined the organizational
structure.
During the work session he provided the basic
foundations of the 1985 Comprehensive Plan and how it is being!

a real estate matter. The motion was seconded by Supervisor
Garrett and carried by a unanimous voice vote.
IN RE:
OPEN SESSION
At 9:42 p.m., Supervisor Johnson moved to return to
open session. The motion was seconded by Supervisor McGraw and
carried by a unanimous voice vote.

ADJOURNMENT
At 9:43 p.m., Chairman Garrett declared the meeting
adjourned to January 22, 1988 for the purpose of a board retreat.
