Mr. Altizer reported that the purpose of setting priorities is to maximize the effect of each construction dollar. The Highway Department is trying to turn out the maximum number of projects within their given resources. Mr. Altizer reported that if the County wishes to participate in revenue sharing, the Department of Highways must know because of budgetary reasons prior to May 1, 1985, of the amount each Counties wishes the Department to match. I Supervisor Burton requested that John Hubbard establish what the differences are between his prioritization and the Department of Highways' prioritization.
