The Corps. has a much lower withdrawal rate. The new restrictions will limit the use of the proposed site for water supply and cut the water withdrawal from 30 million to below 10 million. Mr. Hubbard reported that he needs to pursue the letter he received today from the Norfolk District Corps. of Engineers and suggested that the County discuss this with the Corps. of Engineers in Wilmington. Donald R. Flanders, County Administrator, reported I that he has tried to get in touch with Trible and Warner and Olin today and he will try to contact them in the morning and set up a meeting in Richmond.
