The Roanoke County Board of Supervisors of Roanoke
County, Virginia, met this day at the Roanoke County
Administration Center, this being an adjourned meeting from
September 3, 1985, for an Executive Session pursuant to the Code
of Virginia 2.1-334 (a) (1).

CALL TO ORDER
Chairman McGraw called the meeting to order at 4:10
p.m. The roll call was taken.

Supervisor Minter moved to go into Executive Session
pursuant to the Code of Virginia Section 1.334 (a), (1), (2),
(4), and (6). The motion carried by a unanimous voice vote.
IN RE:
OPEN SESSION

Supervisor Minter moved to return to Open Session. The
motion carried by a unanimous voice vote.
IN RE:
ADJOURNMENT
Supervisor Nickens moved to adjourn. The motion
carried by a unanimous voice vote.
