A general discussion was held regarding the various
alternatives to local and federal flood and water projects to

receive the best cost/benefit for the investment that has to be
made.

Supervisor Minter moved to adjourn at 9:55 a.m., and the
motion carried by a unanimous voice vote. The meeting was
