Mr. Smeltzer stated that no hanges would be made in the existing bui lding and no large signs would be erectl~. ~e also called attention to the fact that there are businesses along Route 221 and to extend the zoning to B-1 is a logical extension of a business use for a ~ajor highway. Mr. Charles Cornelison, Attorney representing area residents in opposi tion, submitted a petition signed by 100% of the families living on Pleasant Hi 1 Drive.
