The Board of Supervisors of Roanoke County met this day in
the Conference Room of the Office of the County Administrator, 306-A
East Main Street, Salem, Virginia; this being a Special Meeting,
called by the Clerk at the request of Supervisors May Winn Johnson
and Richard C. Flora for the purpose stated in the waiver of notice,
signed by all the members of the Board of Supervisors and spread as
follows:
April 30, 1975
We, the undersigned, being members of the Board of

Supervisors of Roanoke County, Virginia, do hereby waive any defects
in the notice of a Special Meeting of said Board of Supervisors to bel
held in the Conference Room at 306-A East Main Street, Salem, Virginir'
on Thursday, May 1, 1975 at 4:00 p.m. for the purpose of resetting I
the public hearing on the adoption of the budget for the fiscal year
1975-1976.

Absent: C. Lawrence Dodson.
Chairman Flora called the meeting to order at 4:15 p.m.

IN RE:
PUBLIC HEARING ON ADOPTION OF THE ROANOKE
COUNTY BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1975-1976
Supervisor Seibel moved that the public hearing on adoption
of the Roanoke County Budget for the fiscal year 1975-1976 be held at
the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, May 13,
1975, at 8:30 p.m. at the Salem-Roanoke Valley Civic Center in Salem,
Virginia.
The motion was adopted by the unanimous voice vote of the
members present.
This concluded the business before the Board at this
session, and on the motion of Supervisor Hilton and the unanimous
4:28 p.m.
