The Board of Supervisors of Roanoke County, Virginia, met this day at the
Western Virginia Water Authority's regional water pollution control plant located at 1502
Brownlee Avenue, S.E., Roanoke, Virginia, for the purpose of a joint meeting with the
Western Virginia Water Authority and the City of Roanoke.

CALL TO ORDER
Donald L. Davis, Chairman of the Western Virginia Water Authority, called
the Authority's Board of Directors meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
Roanoke City Council and the Roanoke County Board of Supervisors did
not have quorums and did not call their respective bodies to order.

Chairman Davis adjourned the Water Authority's meeting at 9:45 p.m.
