1. It is proposed that the Authority meet in closed
session, to go into closed session pursuant to Code of
Virginia Section 2.2-3711(A)(3) for discussion or
consideration of the disposition of real property,
located in the Cave Spring Magisterial District, where
discussion in an open meeting would adversely affect
the bargaining position or negotiating strategy of the
public body.
2. It is proposed that the Authority meet in closed session
pursuant to Section 2.2-3711(A)(5) of the Code of
Virginia, for discussion concerning a prospective
business or industry or the expansion of an existing
business or industry where no previous announcement
has been made of the business' or industry's intent in
locating or expanding its facilities in the community.
The potential location or expansion may possibly occur
in the Cave Spring Magisterial District.
