1. It is proposed that the Authority meet in closed
session pursuant to Code of Virginia Section
2.2-3711(A)(3) for discussion regarding the
disposition of publicly held real property located
in the Vinton Magisterial District, where
discussion in an open meeting would adversely
affect the bargaining position or negotiating
strategy of the public body.
2. It is proposed that the Authority meet in closed
session pursuant to Code of Virginia Section
2.2-3711(A)(3) for discussion regarding the
acquisition of real property for a public purpose,
where discussion in an open meeting would
adversely affect the bargaining position or
negotiating strategy of the public body.
Specifically, the Authority would be discussing
the acquisition of real property for a public
purpose in the five magisterial districts.
