APPROVAL OF MINUTES Mr. Jones made a motion to approve the minutes. Mr. Wright seconded the motion, which carried with the following vote: AYES: Karr, Barnes, Jones, Wright NAYES: None ABSTAIN: None PUBLIC HEARING The petition of Jeffrey L. and Rhonda G. Scott, for the request of a variance to Section 30-33-3(B)2b, of the Roanoke County Zoning Ordinance, in order to reduce the side setback for an accessory structure, proposed to be located between the front building line and rear building line of the primary structure, with a setback reduction from 20 feet to 10 feet located at 5769 Cox Hopkins Road, Cave Spring Magisterial District. Mr. Karr notified the petitioner that since all members were not present he could request a continuance for the public hearing of the variance. Mr. Jeffrey Scott, 5769 Cox Hopkins Road, requested a continuance until the December 16, 2009, public hearing when all five members would be present. Mr. Obenshain discussed procedural issues regarding continuance. BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MINUTES NOVEMBER 18, 2009 Mr. Jones made a motion to continue the petition. Mr. Wright seconded the motion which carried with the following vote. AYES: Thomas, Karr, Barnes, Jones NAYES: None ABSTAIN: None COMMENTS There were none.
