of the Roanoke County Zoning Ordinance to increase the maximum width-
to-depth ratio from I to 5 to 1 to 1.5 on property located adjacent to 8981.
Newport Road and of Section 30-100-4(B) of the Roanoke County Zoning
Ordinance to create an irregular lot 500 feet cast of 8981 Newport Road,
Catawba Magisterial District, The purposes of these requests are to create
two lots from an existing 101.543 acre tract and to create one irregular lot
from the two proposed parcels, respectively.
