Public Hearing Petitions 1 Variance requested by Craw-Mart, Inc. of Section 30-36-3(B)I.a. of the Roanoke County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the front yard setback from 35 feet to 5 feet and from 35 feet to 0 feet for two separate structures located at 5944 Catawba Valley Drive, Catawba Magisterial District. The purposes of these requests are to construct a new convenience store and to allow the encroachment of and to enlarge an existing fuel pump island canopy, respectively. 2. Variance requested by Craw-Mart, Inc. of Section 30-91-5(B)I. of the Roanoke County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the distance between access points from 500 feet to 280 feet in order to maintain two existing entrances from an arterial highway located at 5944 Catawba Valley Drive, Catawba Magisterial District.
