A. Call to Order
C. Public Hearing Petitions
I Variance requested by Tony D. and Teresa A. Spraker of Section 30-23-3(A)I. of
the Roanoke County Zoning Ordinance to enlarge a nonconforming building and
of Section 30-54-3(B)3.a. of the Roanoke County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the
rear yard setback from 15 feet to 3 feet located at 4410 Old Cave Spring Road,
Windsor Hills Magisterial District. The purposes of these requests are to
construct an addition to the existing dwelling and to attach a deck to the rear of
the dwelling, respectively.
2. Variance requested by Craw-Mart, Inc. of Section 30-85-13(C)I. of the Roanoke
County Zoning Ordinance to increase square footage from 3,000 square feet to
3,600 square feet of gross floor area located at 5944 Catawba Valley Drive,
Catawba Magisterial District. The purpose of this request is to construct a new
convenience store.
