I Variance requested by Ellen H. Grubb of Sections 30-41-3(B)l.b and
30-41-3(B)2.b of the Roanoke County Zoning Ordinance to allow an accessory
structure in front of the front building line and to reduce the minimum side yard
from 10 feet to 0 feet, respectively. The purpose of these requests is to permit the
placement of an existing carport located at 1443 Lancer Drive, Catawba
Magisterial District.
2. Variance requested by P C Land, Inc. of Sections 30-93-13(E)3 and 30-93-14(E)
of the Roanoke County Zoning Ordinance to provide for on-premises freestanding
signage on a lot having less than 100 feet of frontage and to allow freestanding
sipage on a lot without public street frontage, respectively. The purpose of these
requests is to permit installation of a freestanding sign proposed at 4079 Electric
Road, Cave Spring Magisterial District.
3. Consideration of Proposed Amendments to the Bylaws of the Roanoke County
Board of Zoning Appeals.
