patio located at 3530 Simsmore Avenue, Vinton Magisterial District.
Mr. Alfred Saunders, 3530 Simsmore Avenue, stated he would like to put a cover back
up over his patio. He stated the porch cover would improve the appearance of his home,
allow him to special order vinyl porch structures, block the sunfrom the house, provide

structure would be same dimensions as the 8’ x 24’ patiowhich it wouldcover. He
stated Mulch N’More will backfill the property as soon as the brick has been laid. He
stated although he planned to have the project completed by this evening’s meeting, he
