C. Public Hearing Petitions:
1. Variance requested by the Roanoke County Department of Economic
Development of Section 30- 93- 13(E)3. of the Roanoke County Zoning Ordinance
to reduce the required separation between freestanding signs from 250 feet to 72
feet. The purpose of this request is to allow an additional sign located at 6900
Peters Creek Road, Hollins Magisterial District. (CONT. FROM .JAN.)
2. Variance requested by Jerry Letterman of Section 30- 85- 19(A)1 of the Roanoke
County Zoning Ordinance to decrease the minimum required lot size from two (2)
acres to 1.811 acres. The purpose of this request is to construct a mini - warehouse
facility, located at 4520 Barley Drive, Catawba Magisterial District.
