C. Public Hearing Petitions:
1. Variance requested by Sam Hardy of Section 30-32-3(A)1.a. of the Roanoke
County Zoning Ordinance to increase the width to depth ratio from 1 to 5 to
1 to 6.75. The purpose of this request is to create a parcel 400 feet wide and
2,700 feet deep located adjacent to 1345 Bottom Creek Lane, Windsor Hills
Magisterial District. WITHDRAWN
2. Variance requested by the Roanoke County Department of Economic
Development of Section 30-93-13(E)3. of the Roanoke County Zoning Ordinance
to reduce the required separation between freestanding signs from 250 feet to 72
feet. The purpose of this request is to allow an additional sign located at 6900
Peters Creek Road, Hollins Magisterial District.
