(BOARD MEETING ROOM, BERNARD DRIVE) PUBLIC HEARING: A. Call to Order B. Approval of Agenda C, Public Hearing Petitions: 1. Variance requested by ,lames D. Moore of Section 30- 41- 3(B)2.b of the Roanoke County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the required side yard setback from 10 feet to 5 feet_ The purpose of this request is to construct a detached garage, located at 6533 Woodbrook Drive, Windsor Hills Magisterial District. 2. Variance requested by L. C. Peters of Section 30- 42- 3(A)3.a and 3.b of the Roanoke County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the minimum lot area from 7,200 square feet to 4,330 square feet and to 4,569 square feet, respectively, and to reduce the minimum lot frontage from 60 feet to 41.35 feet and to 43.65 feet, respectively, on a publicly owned and maintained street. The purpose of this request is to subdivide an existing parcel, located in the 5300 block of Century Drive, Hollins Magisterial District. D. Approval of Minutes: April 21, 1999 E. Comments F.
