(PLANNING DEPARTMENT) (BOARD MEETING ROOM, BERNARD DRIVE) Administrative Appeal requested by Virginia Varsity Transfer, Inc. of the Zoning Administrator's interpretation of Section 30- 85- 19(A)5. of the Roanoke County Zoning Ordinance prohibiting door openings for any mini - warehouse cubicles to be constructed facing residentially zoned property, located at 5889 Starkey Road, Cave Spring Magisterial District. 2. Variance requested by Bo & Rachel White of Section 30- 34- 3(B)l.a of the Roanoke County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the front yard setback from 30 feet to 24 feet. The purpose of this request is to construct a front porch addition onto the existing dwelling, located at 7375 Fernway Drive, Windsor Hills Magisterial District. 3, Variance requested by George A. Thomas of Section 30- 34- 3(B)1.b of the Roanoke County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the required front yard setback from 90 feet to 25 feet. The purpose of this request is to construct a detached garage in front of the existing dwelling located at 3715 Sandlewood Road, Cave Spring Magisterial District. D.
