1. Variance requested by Kenneth and Michelle Schnur of Section 30-41-3(B)1.a
of the Roanoke County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the minimum front yard
setback from 30 feet to 27 feet. The purpose of this request is to construct a
roof over the existing stoop located at 1816 Stone Mill Drive, Catawba

2. Variance requested by Ernest Sweetenberg of Section 30-86-2(A) of the
Roanoke County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the required setback from 100 feet to
50 feet. The purpose of this request is to provide a 50-foot strip between an existing
construction yard and any adjoining residential district located 0.03 mile south of the
intersection of Valleypointe Parkway and Woodhaven Road, Catawba Magisterial

3. Variance requested by Jerry and Lynn Henderson of Section 30-41-3(B)2.a of
the Roanoke County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the minimum side yard setback
from 10 feet to 6 feet. The purpose of this request is to construct an addition to the
dwelling located at 5244 Lakeland Drive, Windsor Hills Magisterial District.
4. Variance requested by Joy Wiseman Cornerstone Custom Homes of Section
30-41-3(A)3.b of the Roanoke County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the minimum
lot frontage on a parcel served by public water and sewer from 60 feet to12 feet.
The purpose of this request is to create a pipestem lot and construct a dwelling
south of and adjacent to 2515 Willowlawn Street, Windsor Hills Magisterial
District.
