Variance requested by Philip R.Givens of Section 30- 33- 3(B)I.b of the
Roanoke County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the minimum front ,yard
setback from 36 feet to 15 feet and of Section 30- 33- 3(B)2,b of the
Roanoke County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the minimum side yard
setback from 20 feet to 1 foot. The purpose of this request is to
construct a detached garage located at 815 Eddies Road, Catawba
Magisterial District.
D, Approval of Minutes: April 21, 2004
E. Comments: Review of compliance with Deed Declaration of Variance
Conditions at the property of Alfred and Patsy Saunders, 3530 Simsmore
Avenue, Vinton Magisterial District.
