Ordinance to reduce the minimum area required from 3 acres to 0.8
acre and to reduce the minimum rear yard setback from 25 feet to 10
feet. The purpose of this request is to construct an accessory apartment
outside the principal dwelling located at 2825 Gunn Springs Road,
Catawba Magisterial District.
