1.Variance requested by Alfred and Patsy Saunders of Section 30-32-
3(B)1.a of the Roanoke County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the
minimum front yard setback from 41 feet to 32 feet. The purpose of
this request is to construct a roof over the existing front patio located
at 3530 Simsmore Avenue, Vinton Magisterial District.
