1. Variance requested by Latara K. Willis of Section 30-41-3(B)4 of the
Roanoke County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the minimum front yard
(corner) setback from 30 feet to 17 feet. The purpose of this request is to
construct a residence at 5812 Twine Hollow Road, Catawba Magisterial
(CONTINUED FROM NOVEMBER 17, 2004)
