Magisterial District.

J. Public Hearing Petitions:
1. The petition of Laura Quarles to obtain a Special Use Permit to operate a commercial indoor sports
and recreation facility on 1.53 acres, located at 7525 Hitech Road, Hollins Magisterial District.
(Withdrawn at the request of the petitioner)
2. The petition of Hidden Valley Villas, LLC to rezone 24.46 acres from R-1, Low Density Residential, to
R-3, Medium Density Multi-Family Residential, in order to construct multi-family dwellings at a
maximum density of 5.15 dwelling units per acre, located at 4800 Keagy Road, Windsor Hills
(Continued until December 5, 2006 at the request of the petitioner)

3. The petition of Chris McMurry to obtain a Special Use Permit to construct townhouses on 1.264 acres at a
