The petition of Kahn Development Company, Inc. to rezone 17.24 acres from I1-C Industrial District with Conditions to C2 General Commercial District in order to construct a retail sales facility located at the 3900 block Challenger Avenue near the intersection of Valley Gateway Boulevard, Vinton Magisterial District. 4.
