construction of an accessory apartment on .387 acres, located at 2923 Embassy Drive, Catawba

3. The petition of Kahn Development Company, Inc. to rezone 17.24 acres from I1-C Industrial District
with Conditions to C2 General Commercial District in order to construct a retail sales facility located at
