1. The petition of McNeil Asphalt to amend conditions on a Special Use Permit to operate a
construction yard on 2.62 acres, zoned AV, Agricultural Village District located at 7210
Franklin Road, Cave Spring Magisterial District. Postponed by the petitioner from the
,July 2, 2002 Planning Commission Public Hearing to October 1, 2002 Planning
Commission Hearing
2. The petition of Cotton Hill Land Company, LC to Rezone 22.743 acres from AR
Agricultural Residental District to R -1 Low Density Residental District for a
development of single family housing located at Virginia Secondary Route 688 and
Raintree Road, Cave Spring Magisterial District.

1) The petition of Keith W. Martin and the Roanoke County Board of Supervisors to obtain a
Special Use Permit on a .374 acre parcel located at 3704 Brambleton Avenue and
rezone from C -1, Office District to C-2, General Commercial District and obtain a Special
Use Permit on a .226 acre portion located at 3738 Brambleton Avenue for the
construction and operation of a minor automobile repair service and used automobile
dealership, Cave Spring Magisterial District.
2) The petition of Robert A. Buckley /Java the Hutt to obtain a Special Use Permit to
construct a drive -in restaurant on 10.15 acres, located at the 4300 block of Starkey
Road, Old Country Plaza, Cave Spring Magisterial District.
3) Subdivision waiver request by Balzer & Associates on behalf of Stoneridge at Bent Mountain,
LLC, to waive Section 200.07 of the Roanoke County Subdivision Ordinance for the
development of a subdivision on Route 221 at Route 889, Windsor Hills Magisterial District.
