District and obtain a Special Use Permit for Religious Assembly, Cave
Spring Magisterial District. (Continued at the request of the petitioner
from January 2, 2001 to February 6, 2001)
2. Petition of Jones & Jones Associates Architects PC to rezone property
located at 6621 Peters Creek Road from R-1, Residential to R -4, High
Density Multi- Family Residential, Hollins Magisterial District.
3. Petition of Mi Suk Perry to rezone property located at 5679 Franklin Road
from AR, Agricultural Residential to C -2, Commercial and Clearbrook
Village Overlay District to operate a retail business, Cave Spring
Magisterial District.
4. Petition of Tracy A. Bryant to rezone property located at 7796 Bent
Mountain Road from AR, Agricultural Residential to AV, Agricultural
Village and obtain a Special Use Permit for a Garden Center, Windsor
Hills Magisterial District.
