J.Invocation: Mr. Paul Mahoney
It is a long-standing tradition of the Roanoke County Planning Commission to offer a
prayer or hold a moment of silence prior to conducting public hearings. The goal of this
practice is to set the minds of all who are present to a higher purpose and to invite all
to reflect upon shared ideals and common ends.
We invite County citizens of all faiths, who desire to lead such a prayer or moment of
silence, to please contact the administrative assistant at least two weeks in advance.
