K.Invocation: Mr. Troy Henderson
It is a long-standing tradition of the Roanoke County Planning Commission to offer a
prayer or hold a moment of silence prior to conducting public hearings. The goal of this
practice is to set the minds of all who are present to a higher purpose and to invite all
to reflect upon shared ideals and common ends.
