Approval of Minutes Mr. McNeil moved to approve the minutes as amended of March 3, 2009, and March 17, 2009, which passed 5-0. Approval of Consent Agenda Staff provided brief overviews of the following petitions: Ms. Micklow provided a powerpoint presentation of the Anne Johnston petition. She stated the Multiple Dog Permit would apply to the four (4) dogs the couple currently owns which are the result of the merger of their two homes when they married. She reviewed the site plan of the petitioner's 4.33 acres. Ms. Mahoney provided a powerpoint presentation for the petition of Shannon and Cameron Smith request for a Private Stable, including the concept plan and zoning designation of surrounding property. She reviewed the report issued from the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR). M[ Daniel Barnes, Esquire, spoke representing Wolf Creek Inc. and Circle C Consultants, Inc. Design Guidelines, from '[HVieVV and approval' tD 'review and r8c0[DDleOdaUOD.' Mr. Barnes stated the document needs tObe compatible with the recorded declaration. Mr. Joe Sailor, 2445 Sweet Bay Circle, discussed the problems with the development. He C0[DDl8nd8d K4[ Mike /\kiz8F for his assistance. Ms. Hooker suggested the developer provide 8O arbor/trellis 88a goodwill gesture. She reviewed parking standards, including pervious and impervious surface options.
