Approval of Minutes Mr. Jarrell made a motion to approve the minutes of October 6, 2009, which passed 5-0. Mr. Radford made a motion to approve the minutes of October 20, 2009, which passed 5-0. Mr. Jarrell made a motion to approve the minutes November 2, 2009, which passed 3-0-2, with Mr. Azar and Mr. Radford abstaining. Mr. Azar made a motion to approve the minutes of November 16, 2009, which passed 3-0-2, with Mr. McNeil and Mr. Jarrell abstaining. Approval of Consent Agenda Ms. Pattisall provided a brief summary and PowerPoint presentation of Green Ridge Baptist Church special use permit request. She discussed issues regarding buffering, parking, and future land use. Mr. Jarrell inquired about street curvature and house location. Ms. Pattisall stated the house is located within a wide turn of the road. Mr. Radford inquired about the current use of the house.
