I. Call to Order—Roll Call
II. Review of Annual Report from 2018
III. Briefing on petition of Glenn Hastings, for a variance of Article IV, Division 3, Sec.
4-13(a) and (b), Lot area, lot width and density requirements, of the Vinton Zoning
Ordinance. The purpose of the request is to ask for a five thousand, five hundred
and ten (5,510) square feet variance from the twelve thousand (12,000) square feet
lot size requirement, and a twenty-five (25) foot variance from the seventy-five (75)
foot lot width requirement for the conversion of a single-family to a two-family
dwelling. The property is located at 418 W. Cleveland Ave., Tax Map Number
60.15-03-36, zoned R-2 Residential District, with a lot size of six thousand, four
hundred and ninety (6,490) square feet, and a lot width of fifty (50) feet.
