Call to Order—Roll Call II. Review of 2021 and 2022 Annual Reports (corrections welcome, but no action required) III. Briefing on the request by Christopher Coles, for a variance of Article IV, Division 1, Sec. 4-3, Dimensional Regulations for Residential Districts, of the Vinton Zoning Ordinance. The purpose of the request is to ask for a one thousand, one hundred and fifty-four (1,154) square feet variance from the six thousand (6,000) square feet lot size requirement, and a six (6) foot variance from the fifty (50) foot lot width requirement to allow for the resubdivision of the existing lot.
