Vinton Planning Commission

Work Session - 6:30 p.m.
Public Hearing - 7:00 p.m.
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as
amended, the Planning Commission of the Town of Vinton, Virginia hereby gives notice
of a public hearing to be held on Thursday, February 24, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon
thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chambers of the Vinton Municipal
Building, 311 South Pollard Street, Vinton, Virginia. The Planning Commission will also
hold a dinner on February 24, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., immediately followed by a work session
at 6:30 p.m., prior to the public hearing.

II. Briefing
1. Briefing on an ordinance repealing in its entirety the Vinton Town Code,
Appendix B - Zoning Ordinance as adopted by Ordinance 634, enacted
December 19, 1995, with amendments, and adopting by reference the
Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Vinton, Vinton, Virginia.
