VIII. Public Hearing to receive comments concerning:
1. The proposed ordinance to declare 123 Gus Nicks Boulevard, Tax Map
Number 60.16-1-3, zoned CB Central Business District, a blighted property and
in violation of Chapter 14 Buildings and Building Regulations, Article V Spot
Blight Abatement, of the Vinton Town Code, and to consider approval of the
proposed plan to demolish the structure and clear the property.

Chapter 14 Buildings and Building Regulations, Article V Spot Blight Abatement,
of the Vinton Town Code, and to consider approval of the proposed plan to
demolish the structure and clear the property.
