Consider adoption of a Resolution appropriating funds in the amount of $27,273.00 and transferring funds in the amount of $4,379.60, for a total amount of $31,652.60 for the purchase of a replacement vehicle in the Police Department. 2. Consider adoption of a Resolution awarding a bid, authorizing the Town Manager to execute a contract with F & S Building Innovations, Inc. in the amount of $274,998.00 for the construction and renovations to the existing Vinton Fire House Station #2 and approving the appropriation of funds for the design and construction administration, building construction and furnishings.
