TOWN MANAGER ITEMS REQUIRING ACTION 1. Consider adoption of a Resolution authorizing the Town Manager to execute a contract with Lawrence Equipment of Cloverdale, Virginia, in the amount of $27,695.00 for a Case Farmall 55A 2013 Grounds Tractor plus additional accessory equipment in the amount of $12,805.00 for a total of $40,500.00. 2. Consider adoption of a Resolution approving the budget for the CDBG Downtown and Economic Revitalization Grant. BRIEFINGS 1. Briefing on Programmatic Agreement between the Town of Vinton and The Virginia State Historic Preservation Office regarding the Vinton Downtown Revitalization Project. 3 2.
