Request to Convene in Closed Meeting, Pursuant to § 2.2-3711 (A) (3) of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, for discussion or consideration of the acquisition of real property located in the Vinton downtown area for a public purpose, where discussion in an open meeting would adversely affect the bargaining position or negotiating strategy of the public body. 3. Request to Convene in Closed Meeting, Pursuant to § 2.2-3711 (A) (29) of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, for discussion of contract negotiations with Roanoke County, namely the Gain Sharing Agreement.
