Consider adoption of a Resolution approving the FY 2024-2025 Annual Operating and Reserves Budget of the Roanoke Valley Resource Authority in the total amount of $16,749,590.00. – Jon Lanford, Executive Director – RVRA 2. Consider adoption of a Resolution authorizing the renewal of the Town of Vinton Employees’ group health insurance coverage with The Local Choice Program for the contract year July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. – Donna Collins 3. Consider adoption of a Resolution to accept the proposal from 3TP Ventures, Inc., and authorize and direct the Town Manager to execute a contract with 3TP Ventures, Inc., to provide professional services for the Vinton 2050 – Comprehensive Plan Update Project. – Anita McMillan 4. Consider adoption of a Resolution approving MOU with Roanoke City in supporting the Regional Skate Park MOU with Ro City in supporting the Regional Skate Park with a $50,000.00 contribution – Town Manager 5.
