Consider adoption of a Resolution to create a designated account to hold the remaining monies held by the dissolving Vinton/Roanoke County Veterans Monument Committee and future donations and grant proceeds allocated for the ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and promotion of this structure. – Andrew Keen 3.
