1. Consider adoption of a Resolution approving the 2024-2025 operating budget for the
Roanoke Valley Regional Cable Television Committee. – Scott Ramsburg
2. Consider adoption of a Resolution to create a designated account to hold the
remaining monies held by the dissolving Vinton/Roanoke County Veterans
Monument Committee and future donations and grant proceeds allocated for the
ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and promotion of this structure. – Andrew Keen
3. Consider adoption of a resolution authorizing the Town Council to accept the
Roanoke Outside Foundation Project Outside Fund Grant in the amount of $4,500
with no match requirement. – Fayula Gordon
