1. Request to Convene in Closed Meeting, Pursuant Section 2.2-3711 (A)(3) of the
Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, for the purpose or consideration of real
property for a public purpose, or of the disposition of publicly held real property,
where discussion in an open meeting would adversely affect the bargaining position
or negotiating strategy of the Town, specifically relating to a sanitary sewer
easement on the Methodist Church property.
2. Request to Convene in Closed Meeting, Pursuant to § 2.2-3711 (A) (7) for
consultation with legal counsel and briefings by staff members pertaining to actual
litigation, where such consultation or briefing in open meeting would adversely
affect the Town's negotiating or litigating posture.
